I photographed the Bartick family last November, and fell in love with them instantly. So naturally, when Claire reached out to me a few months ago asking if I was available for another family session, I felt honored! Having returning clients ALWAYS makes my heart happy 🙂

I couldn’t have asked for a better day at the United States Capital Building. The weather has been gloomy, gray, and rainy for much of the Spring and Summer season, but the glow of the sun made those little boy’s smiles even bigger! From silly jokes to funny noises, this family wasn’t afraid to be themselves, and that’s why I love them! It melted my heart with little Ryan would grab my hand while walking to the next spot for pictures! And of course, walking led to skipping 😉 Looking forward to the next time I can photograph this family, but by that time my baby bump will be a LOT bigger, or even better, maybe our little Smith with be here!
