You know what they say about rain on your wedding day…it’s good luck! A little rain (in this case, a LOT of rain that day) couldn’t ruin their special day! All morning and afternoon it poured, but luckily that had an indoor wedding at the beautiful Memorial Chapel at the University of Maryland. I first visited the chapel back in January, and I was floored and excited to be photographing there just months later. They had me smiling the whole time they expressed their wedding vows…I LOVE personal written vows 🙂 We were so thankful that the rain decided to disappear just in time for portraits after the ceremony! 🙂 I was in awe when I walked into their reception space at the Hotel at Arundel Preserve. Purple, pink and sparkle covered the walls and tables. So pretty and elegant. The whole night, guests were on the dancing floor partying and congratulating the happy couple. I can’t wait to see the footage from Bella Vista Films of the father/daughter dance with Khalia and her father. Show stopper for sure!! Congratulations, Khalia and Wilson!
