Back on December 3rd, 2016, Evan + Sarah celebrated 5 years of marriage! What a perfect way to celebrate with anniversary session at one of my favorite locations, The Jefferson Memorial! I had the honor of photographing their beautiful family this past summer, when their adorable daughter Faith turned one. You can see more of their family session in Leesburg, Virginia here 🙂 So, I was thrilled when they reached out for another session, this time to document this special milestone. For their anniversary session, Sarah had the fantastic idea to wear their wedding attire for their session, and boy did they look STUNNING! Doesn’t Sarah look absolutely gorgeous in her wedding dress from 5 years ago?! They were such troopers during that cold and windy morning, you can’t even tell it was in the 20s that morning! We also had the ENTIRE Jefferson Memorial to ourselves that morning, not one person was there! What a photographer’s dream 🙂 I had such a blast with these two, and I wish them 50+ more years of wedded bliss. Happy anniversary Evan + Sarah!
