Hi friends! Last month, I got together with Laura Quintero for some new updated head shots, and even though we woke up before the sun came up, we had a blast! Morning light is always worth waking up to 🙂 Since I might have some new friends and readers, I thought I’d introduce myself, and let you in on a little of my life 🙂 Here are some new random/fun facts that you might not know about me 🙂

1. I’ll be turning the big 3-0 in August! Dirty thirty here I come! 🙂
2. My favorite color is pink.
3. I’m a born, raised and proud Texan, but you will never catch me in cowboy boots. I’ve never even owned a pair.
4. My husband proposed at the Christmas tree at the Trail of Lights in Austin in 2009. Right before he got on one knee, my camera’s battery died, so I have no photos from after the moment immediately afterwards. Great timing for a battery to die, right?!
5. My favorite flower is the tulip… and anemones. So, two favorites 🙂
6. I’d rather write in pencil than in pen. My favorite subject in school was math, so maybe writing in pencil just stuck.
7. I love cheese on everything, and believe a burger is not complete without it.
8. The show I’m newly obsessed with is The Mindy Project. Any The Office fans in here? I want to be friends with Mindy.
9. I went into labor with our daughter, Penelepe, on my parent’s 30th wedding anniversary.
10. I’m afraid of the dark.
